If the time slot is available, please come by to see our venue (Wednesday evening (by appointment only), Weekends - 12 pm - 6 pm) if you have never seen our venue. If our venue meets your expectations and you are ready to reserve your party, you will then provide us with a non-refundable deposit ($100 for Regular Party (cash only) and $200 for Private Party (cash or credit card)) to reserve your party. Your party is not reserved until we receive your deposit.
Please note, for now, we are not open during the week when school is in session. Therefore, for a weekday party or event (Private Party only), please reserve at least 14 days in advance.
- What is a Regular Party and what is a Private Party?
With a Regular Party, Superstar will designate table(s) exclusively for your party's use. The table(s) will be decorated with party decorations and place settings. You and your guests will share play space with, if any, other parties and walk-ins during your 2-hour party. Adult seatings are not guaranteed.
With a Private Party at Superstar, you and your party guests will enjoy private access to our entire 5,000 square feet facility including all play areas during your party. Tables wil be decorated with party decorations and place settings. Plenty of seatings for everyone.
What are your time slots for a party?
11:30 - 1:30 pm

Besides all the bounce houses, slides and Maze for our children to play, I know you have many arcade and ticket games which require tokens to play. How many tokens you will need for each ticket or arcade game?
Our ticket games usually need just 1 token per game except a couple of games such as Deal or No Deal and Big Bass. Arcade games such as Air Hockey, Dance Machine and Driving Game will need 4 tokens.
I want to book the party for my child but I have no idea how many children I might get? Do you need the exact number at the time of booking?
No, we do not need the exact number of children at the time of booking. At the time of booking, you only need to tell us the approximate number of children you will be inviting to your child's birthday party. No later than three days before your scheduled party, you will have to inform us the final count of children will be attending (RSVP'ed) your child's party. (If possible, please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) the list of children, including name and age, for check-in during your party.) That number will be the number of children you will be charged for the party. Also, no later than three days before your party, please let us know the estimate number of adults and any party add-ons.
- 2-hour private party (private use of the entire Family Fun Center) is not enough time for my party, can I extend my party time?
Sure, $100 for half hour or $200 for an extra hour (advance reservation is required).
- I see you provide Color Invitations for reserved birthday parties. What do they look like?
- For my party, I want to play my own music and/or pictures/home movie?
For a Private Party, no problem. We have an excellent stereo sound system for your music and six (6) 42"-47" monitors throughout our facility for your images or home video.
- Can my party guests stay and continue to play after my 2-hour party?
So sorry, no, our space is very limited.
Yes, a $100 non-refundable deposit (cash only) is required to reserve a Regular 2-hour Party and a $150 non-refundable deposit (cash or credit card) is required for a Private 2-hour Party. The deposit will be applied toward the balance. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party.
Your party is not reserved until we receive your deposit.
- What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
We suggest no more than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If you want to come earlier, please call us to check our schedule.
- Can I bring food and/or beverages to my party?
Sorry, absolutely NO other outside food or drinks (including desserts such as cookies and cupcakes) is permitted except birthday cakes (requires no refrigeration) for reserved parties. Sorry, we have no space in our fridge or freezer to store birthday cakes. If you absolutely must bring a birthday cake that requires refrigeration by us for your reserved party, then there will be a service fee of $15. Please note that we sell Carvel ice cream cake. Also foods from your guests as gifts such as desserts, cupcakes, fruits, and appetizers are also not permitted. Please enjoy them at home.
What are the choices of soft drinks at your facility?
We have Cola, Diet Cola, Orange Soda, Sierra Mist, Iced Tea, Pink Lemonade and Fruit Punch.
- Can I bring my own decorations, balloons and/or pinata to Superstar for my party?
As long as your decorations will not interfere Superstar's decorations or operation, we will do our best to accomodate (sorry, no banners or confetti please). However, please give us the details and get our approval before bringing them.
Sorry, please do not bring your own balloons. We have many balloons for you to choose and purchase in advance.
Sorry, YOU CANNOT BRING YOUR OWN PINATA. Absolutely NO banners, glitters, sprays, confetti, bubble gums or cotton candy in our facility.
Can I bring my own Goody Bags for my party?
No problem but please distribute them as your guests are leaving.
Also, if you do decide to bring your own goody bags, please complete them before arrival. Our staff will not be able to assist in preparing your own goody bags.
Please note that we also do have goody bags for you to create with our toy inventory or you can buy tickets (400 tickets for $4.00) for each child to select their toys.
Can I get my own face painter or character, i.e., Elmo or Clown?
It shouldn't be a problem if you are having a PRIVATE Party. However, please provide us with the details for our prior approval. The character must not use anything that will be difficult for Superstar to clean up including, but not limited to, spray, glitter, confetti, bubbles, and cotton candy.
- Can you supply birthday cake for my party?
None of our party packages includes birthday cake except our Private Superstar Party. Unless you signed up for Private Superstar Party Package, you will have to bring your own birthday cake (requires no refrigeration) for your party. Sorry, we have no space in our fridge or freezer to store birthday cakes. If you absolutely must bring a birthday cake that requires refrigeration by us for your reserved party, then there will be a service fee of $15.

- Should I give tips or gratuities for my party?
Tips or gratuities are optional. Any amount of tips or gratuities are greatly appreciated. Please tip us when paying the balance at the end of your party. Please do not give tips directly to our staff.
- What if I need to reschedule or change my party from Private Party to a Regular party?
We require at least 15 day advance notice if you need to reschedule your Regular or Non-Private party and at least 30 day advance notice if you need to reschedule your Private party.
If you reschedule your party within 15 days (Regular/Non-Private party) date or 30 days (Private party) date, you will have to forfeit your deposit (sorry-no exceptions). Please note that the new party date cannot be more than two (2) months from the original party date and must be for the same child. Please also note that you can only reschedule once even if you meet the 15 day advance notice requirement for your Regular party or 30 day advance notice requirement for your Private party.
If you need to change your party from Private Party to a Regular Party, we require at least 30 day advance notice. If you change your party within 30 days of your party date, you will have to forfeit your deposit (sorry-no exceptions).
- Do you have on-site parking for your customers?
Sorry, only off-street parking. Please remember to advise your guests to come earlier to find off-street parking. If most of your guests are from out of town and parking is a serious concern, we recommend to have your party after 4 pm when shoppers and commercial vehicles starting to leave the area.
Please note that we are only a block away from the N train's 8th Avenue Subway Station, extremely convenient for anyone to use the subway to get to our venue.
- Do you accept credit or debit card?
For parties only, we accept debit card, Visa and Mastercard with your picture ID.
